“Azermash Group” LLC, the official distributor of ISUZU on the territory of Azerbaijan Republic, respects the inviolability of private life and confidentiality of personal information of all users entering this site. In this article, it is explained which information ISUZU will request from you and how it will use it in this site. 

All the materials in this site belong to the intellectual property of ISUZU.

Personal information

ISUZU shall attach importance to the inviolability of your personal life and the confidentiality of your personal information. ISUZU shall not request for sending of the information defining of your identity (like your name, address, phone number or email address) (“Personal information”, “PI”) for developing of the inquiry addressed to us and (or) other purposes, your personal interests or except for sending of it at your own will. You shall agree for fulfilling of the following operations by submitting of your personal information to “Azermash CP” LLC (“PI Operator”) locating in the address of Azerbaijan, Baku city, Babak Avenue 44A as a PI subject. PI Operator or some measures by using automation means or without using such means: collecting, recording, systematizing, piling, storing, specifying (systematizing, collecting, storing, specifying (renewing, updating), removing, using,  impersonating, PI blocking, deleting, destroying, transferring of the transborder PI for the following purposes: to provide you with information on the goods and services that will display potential interest within 10 years; for conducting of sociological and other investigations to consider possible complaints including the learning of the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of the goods and services provided. 

For the above-said purposes, the operator PI Operator may transmit the personal information within international group of companies including the distributors, dealers, authorized service centers and agents as well as other companies concluding certain agreements with “Azermash CP” LLC itself. Your personal information shall be used within the period needed for fulfilling of the above-mentioned purposes or till the time you withhold your consent for their processing.   

Collecting, storing and systematizing of the personal information in the site shall be implemented by using of the database locating on the territory of Azerbaijan Republic.

Your personal information may be transmitted to the European Economic Union states (“EEU”) for processing and other countries that ensure protecting of your personal information in the necessary level. We guarantee for taking of all possible actions to store your information according to the current legislation. The information shall not be transmitted to third persons for an independent use without your prior consent. 

In case you have already submitted your personal information to ISUZU and want this information to be revised or removed from our base or want to know which one uses your personal information and have questions or concerns about the treatment of your personal information, you may send a request for the name of “Azermash CP” LLC in the following address: Azerbaijan, Baku city, Babak Avenue 44A. 

The consent shall be given for 10 (ten) years. The consent may be cancelled by sending written notification to “Azermash CP” LLC, sending by registered post reflecting the additional list or delivering to the authorized representative of “Azermash CP” LLC in person by signing. 

Information used automatically and not including in personal information

In some cases, we may receive information not including in personal information. For example, it may be the type of the Internet browser used by you, the type of the operation system used by you on the computer or the domain name of the website joined by you to our site or advertisement announcement.
